School Board Meeting to Rename Cesar Chavez Elementary

Mission Statement:  This group was formed out of a necessity to keep our school boards blue and to prevent ideologies, such as book banning, from happening in our Las Cruces school system.  Our mandate is to support, in whatever way is needed, those school board candidates who support our democratic values and who support diverse and open learning in our schools.  In addition to supporting candidates with our values we will fight against any and all policies introduced that do not foster a welcoming environment for our students.

This group meets as needed to support the above mission statement.
