Now that Indivisible Las Cruces is an official 501(c)4 organization, we are looking for someone to fill the position of Secretary.

By-Laws Job Description:

In the role of Secretary, this person prepares summary minutes of all meetings; maintains the annual records of the organization, and performs other duties as assigned by the Steering Committee. The Secretary is responsible for maintaining all Governance & Record-keeping Policies. The secretary shall be elected to a two year term.

You will be working alongside the 6 other members of the Steering Committee to push our goals and values forward. If you have a basic knowledge of Google doc, you will do great! No prior secretary experience needed. Please consider stepping up to fill this very important position!

One of the many things Indivisible Las Cruces offers are Education Nights. Last one we had was on Christian Nationalism in January. Phil Valdez is looking for volunteers to help him structure and execute Education Nights on a regular cadence.
